INDENI Energy Company Limited is a state-owned energy company based in Ndola on the Copperbelt. After operating as a petroleum refinery from 1973, the company changed its operating model in 2022 and now procures, imports, exports and distributes finished petroleum products. Its development direction includes bulk petroleum logistics, LPG importation, storage and distribution, retail fuel infrastructure, and loading and offloading facilities. This positions INDENI within the fuel-supply chain while retaining the industrial assets and market knowledge built through its refinery history.
