Main responsibility

I am responsible for implementing and overseeing the Corporation’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of material strategic, financial, operational, compliance and emerging risks. My role also involves advising Management and the Board on risk exposures and appropriate mitigation measures, fostering a strong risk-aware culture, coordinating business continuity and resilience initiatives, tracking risk-treatment actions, and providing independent assurance that significant risks are effectively managed.

  • Master of Business (MBA) – Heriot-Watt University
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree Economics & Statistics, University of Zambia
  • Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA)
  • Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA)
  • Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (CERM)
