TECHNICAL ICT OFFICER – BUSINESS SYSTEMS
- JOB PURPOSE
The Technical ICT Officer – Business Systems will be responsible for administering and supporting enterprise applications, various ICT software, and database systems. The role involves ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability of business-critical applications including Office 365, ERP systems, web platforms across Windows and Linux platforms.

- ESSENTIAL/DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Professional Qualification:
- Grade 12 School Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and/or equivalent Professional Qualification in relevant field from reputable institution.
- Professional Membership, ICTAZ.
- Minimum Relevant Work Experience:
- 2 years relevant work experience or similar position
- Skill Specifications:
- Excellent problem solving and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certifications in Microsoft (e.g. M365, Azure AD, Co-Pilot), Linux, or SQL Server, ITIL or Cobit5 are an added advantage
- Handson experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Sage ERP platforms, Windows/Linux system administration, IIS, Apache, Nginx, and SQL based databases
- Experience with latest technologies such as AI is an added advantage
