SENIOR HUMAN CAPITAL OFFICER
Reporting to the Head of Human Capital, this position is responsible for coordination and implementation of talent acquisition, retention, payroll, staff welfare, coordination of performance appraisals, and staff training and development.
Minimum Requirements:
- Five (5) years of work experience in human resource management at senior level.
- Grade 12 School Certificate with 5 ‘O’ levels
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or other related qualification.
- Valid 2024 practicing license from the of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
