2025 IDC GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM (JUNIOR ANALYST)

If you have graduated from University with a Distinction or Merit and aspire to establish a career among Top Talent professionals, you are welcome to submit your application for the IDC Graduate Trainee Program, where you can join as a Junior Analyst.

Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) Limited was incorporated in January 2014 and is wholly owned by the Government through the Minister of Finance pursuant to the Minister of Finance (Incorporation) Act Cap 349 of the Laws of Zambia. IDC is the investment arm of

As part of its strategy, IDC focuses on developing Investment Professionals in the country through the Graduate Trainee Program. The Graduate Trainees undergo a one (1) year structured development program where they are trained in investments, portfolio management, and research among other areas of business.

IDC accepts Masters or Degree holders with Distinction or Merit in the following:

  • Business Administration /Economics/Commerce/Risk and Internal Audit
  • Accountancy/Corporate Finance/ Financial Management/Full ACCA/CIMA/CA Zambia
  • Investments /Portfolio Management /Treasury/CFA/Banking and Finance
  • Project Management / Production and Operations Management/ Engineering/ Mining/Manufacturing/ Hospitality and Tourism
  • Law/Human Resources/ Public Administration/ Procurement/ Development studies/Agriculture/ Hospitality and Tourism/Monitoring and Evaluation/ ICT

TO APPLY YOU MUST:

  • Be a Zambian National.
  • Be a Degree/Masters holder with a Merit or Distinction.
  • Be 25 years and below as of 31st December 2024.
  • Get your qualifications validated by the Zambia Qualifications Authority

Shortlisted applicants will undergo Screening, Aptitude Testing, Psychometric Assessments, and Interviews among others. This one-year program will start on 1st March 2025.
