Call for Expression of Interest
The International Council of Swedish Industry (NIR) calls for Expressions of Interest from consultancies for a capacity development support programme for Zambia Railways Limited during project preparation and implementation of the Chingola to Livingstone Rehabilitation Project for the Sustainability Impact Accelerator.
Brief Description:
The objective of this assignment is to provide a capacity development support programme for Zambia Railways Limited (ZRL) to strengthen its capacity to prepare and implement the Chingola to Livingstone Rehabilitation Project.
The capacity development support programme will focus on environmental and social management and project management in accordance with international lender requirements.

Total Budget: Maximum value of the contract is 3 000 000 Swedish Krona (SEK), excluding VAT.
Duration: Time-based contract, approximately 8 (eight) to ten (10) months. The duration will be determined in agreement with NIR based upon the timeline proposed by the consultancy awarded the contract.
