- JOB PURPOSE
To oversee the formulation and implementation of policies, systems, standards, and procedures for effective management of the Corporate Services Directorate, ensuring consistency, best practices, and quality assurance in line with IDC’s strategic objectives.
This role is critical in driving IDC’s strategic objectives by providing oversight and direction for procurement, ICT, administration, and corporate communication. The position directly impacts operational efficiency, compliance, and the quality of support services across the Corporation.
To provide strategic leadership by presenting Corporate Services needs and plans to the Management Executive Committee (MEC), shareholders, and the Board of Directors.
This position is a member of the Management Executive Committee.

- ESSENTIAL/DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Professional Qualification:
- Grade 12 School Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Project Management, Commerce, and/or equivalent Professional Qualification in a relevant field from a reputable institution.
- Master’s degree in business administration, Procurement, Project Management, Commerce and/ or equivalent Professional Qualification in a relevant field from reputable institution.
- Relevant Professional Membership
- Minimum Relevant Work Experience:
- 10 years relevant work experience in Senior Management or similar position.
