Indo Zambia Bank Limited Board Chairman Dr Michael Gondwe today paid a courtesy call on IDC CEO Mr Cornwell Muleya.
Dr Gondwe was accompanied by Managing Director Mr Kowdichar Shashidhar and General Manager Mr Godwin Ngoma. The discussions centered around the bank’s consistent and positive financial performance over the years, solidifying its position as one of IDC’s subsidiaries that have consistently declared dividends year after year.
IDC holds a 40% stake in the bank while the remaining 60% of the stake is jointly owned by prominent Indian financial institutions, including the Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, and Central Bank of India, each holding a 20% stake.
Mr Muleya assured Dr Gondwe and his team of IDC continued support and collaboration in achieving their shared objectives.
