INFRATEL won the Most Creative Television Advertisement of the Year award for its Reinvent Business campaign, which positions the company as a key driver of Zambia’s digital transformation agenda.
ZANACO emerged as one of the evening’s top performers through its You First Campaign, receiving awards for Most Creative Print Advertisement of the Year, Most Creative Outdoor Advertisement of the Year and Best Digital Marketing Campaign of the Year. These recognitions reflect the bank’s investment in customer-focused marketing strategies that promote financial inclusion and strengthen customer engagement.
ZAMTEL was honoured for its dedication to service quality, winning Best Customer Service Organisation of the Year (Public Sector) and Best Public Service Delivery Organisation of the Year. The awards highlight its efforts to enhance customer experience and provide reliable telecommunications services nationwide.
