ndustrial Development Corporation (IDC) Chief Executive Officer Mr. Cornwell Muleya says IDC is committed to support the operations of the Zambia International Trade Fair Trust (ZITFT).
Speaking during a courtesy call paid on him by ZITFT Chairperson Dr. Elizabeth Nkumbula, Mr. Muleya said IDC is happy with the commitment exhibited by the Board of Trustees in providing oversight in the affairs of the Trust and has since pledged to support them whenever the Corporation is called upon.
Speaking during the visit, ZITFT Chairperson Dr. Nkumbula said the Trust has already started with preparations for the 58th Zambia International Trade Fair which will be held at the end of June and beginning of July this year.
Dr. Nkumbula called on support from IDC in bringing more companies to the Fair through marketing of the event and challenged the Corporation to fulfill its vision of setting up infrastructure that will generate revenue during and after the Trade Fair.
