IDC’s Chief Portfolio Officer, Mr Siakakaye Siameja has commended Zambia Daily Mail for the innovative initiatives it is taking to ensure the business is sustainable and relevant.
Speaking after touring the newsroom, editorial, advertising, courier and printing departments of the Daily Mail, Mr Siameja said he was happy the paper is adapting to the rapidly changing media environment by enhancing its E-paper production. He stressed the importance the paper plays in diseminating credible news and therefore it was imperative that new trends to reach a wider audience are adopted and fully utilised.
Speaking earlier, Zambia Daily Mail Managing Director Mr Simate Simate said the company was expanding its courier business to service more towns such as Solwezi.
