Yesterday IDC and its subsidiary Zambia Railways were honoured to attend the inaugural and historic Bi-National Commission between Zambia and Zimbabwe in Harare, co-Chaired by our two Heads of State, His Excellency Mr Hakainde Hichilema, President of the Republic of Zambia and His Excellency Dr Emmerson Mnangagwa, President of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
In their keynote addresses, the two leaders fondly referred to our two nations as “Siamese Twins”, a statement that underscores the need for a strong bilateral relationship that will foster prosperity for the people of Zambia and Zimbabwe. The meeting focused on enhanced collaboration in trade, investment, public health, energy and infrastructure.
