IDC CEO Mr. Cornwell Muleya yesterday hosted a delegation from the Zambia Re-insurance Plc (Zambia Re). The group comprised Mrs. Joyce Muwo-Mwansa, the Board Chairperson, Mr. Nathan De Assis, a Non-executive Director, Mr. Munakopa Sikaulu, also a Non-executive Director, and Mrs. Exhildah Lumbwe, the Managing Director.
The purpose of their visit was to pay a courtesy call on Mr. Muleya and present the company’s strategic direction for the future, focusing on strengthening its financial performance.
Zambia Re, in which IDC has 28.17% shareholding, stands as the first Zambian-owned reinsurance company in the market and offers a wide range of reinsurance solutions locally and internationally. The company has been listed on the Lusaka Securities Exchange since 2013.
