Mulungushi Village Complex Limited (MVCL) is a hospitality company established by the Government of the Republic of Zambia in 1970 to provide short and long stay accommodation including conference facilities. 

The initial purpose was to host Heads of State attending the Non-Aligned Heads of State and Government Conference held in September 1970. Thereafter, the MVCL was transformed into a limited liability company and its facilities put to commercial use.

MVCL is situated in Lusaka's Kalundu residential area, about 300 meters off the Great East Road and opposite the University of Zambia. There are 89 four-bedroom fully furnished luxury villas, 16 fully furnished luxury apartments, with a central amenities building comprising of guest rooms, offices, a restaurant, swimming pool, boardroom, squash and tennis courts. Mulungushi Village covers an area 43.45 hectares.
