1929: Allen Liversidge Limited was established at Bwana Mkubwa Mine outside Ndola

1935: Renamed Northern Rhodesia Oxygen and Acetylene Company Ltd. Re-located to current Ndola site

1935-1971: Sales centres set up in Ndola, Lusaka, Kitwe, Chingola, Kabwe and Choma

1972: Zambia Oxygen Company (Zamox) established

1985: Installed 17 tpd  ASU at Ndola and 650 kg/day DA plant.

1995: BOC Gases Zambia was established with Afrox taking up 70% of shares and Zambian Government retaining 30%

2008: Afrox Zambia Limited formed
